How often are mats exchanged?
Hughes Customat, Inc. offers mat exchange on a weekly or on an every other week basis. In some special circumstances less frequent service is available.
Do you provide short-term rental?
Yes, mats can be rented on a short term basis for special events or inclement weather.
What color and sizes are available?

What are your billing options?
We have a variety of billing options available to our clients, from payment by invoice, to monthly billing and COD. We accept all major credit cards and ACH.
Do you have anti-fatigue matting?
Yes, we have a variety of anti-fatigue mats available for rental, as well as for purchase.
My mats are moving around on the carpet. How can this be prevented?
The rubber used in our service mats is 20% heavier than the standard rubber backed mat. The heavier rubber prevents mats from scooting around on the floor. However, if an even heavier mat is needed, they are available as well.
